Acceptance of terms
- By using Digi Study, schools and authorized users agree to follow these Terms of Service and any related service agreements.
- If a school does not agree with these terms, it should discontinue use of the platform and related services.
Authorized use and accounts
- Platform access is intended only for authorized school representatives, administrators, staff, and approved users.
- Schools are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for managing user credentials according to internal access policies.
Service access and platform usage
- Digi Study provides access to platform modules, tools, and related services based on the school’s selected setup and service scope.
- Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform performance or service availability.
Subscription, billing, and renewals
- Subscription benefits, billing timelines, and renewal terms depend on the selected plan and the school’s commercial agreement.
- Any pricing or billing changes are communicated in advance according to the applicable renewal or service terms.
Support and implementation
- Implementation, onboarding, and training support are coordinated with the school based on the agreed rollout scope and support model.
- Support timelines may vary by issue type, plan level, and the communication channels used by the school.
Data, privacy, and security
- Use of Digi Study is also subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable security practices for handling school and user information.
- Schools are responsible for ensuring that shared data is accurate, appropriate, and submitted by authorized personnel.
Intellectual property
- The Digi Study platform, branding, software, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Digi Study unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Schools receive the right to use the platform as part of their subscription or service agreement, but not ownership of the underlying software.
Service changes and availability
- Digi Study may update, improve, or modify platform features, workflows, or supporting services as part of normal product development.
- While we work to maintain reliable availability, access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, upgrades, or third-party dependencies.
Suspension and termination
- Access may be suspended or restricted if there is misuse of the platform, non-payment, security risk, or breach of agreed service terms.
- Schools may also choose to discontinue services according to the applicable cancellation, notice, or renewal conditions.
Limitation of liability
- Digi Study provides the platform and services in good faith, but liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable agreements and law.
- Schools remain responsible for how they configure, review, and operationally use the information available through the platform.
