Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Digi Study handles subscription cancellations, refund eligibility, non-refundable fees, duplicate payments, and refund processing timelines for schools.

Subscription cancellations

  • Schools can request cancellation through an authorized representative using the official contact channel or registered school email.
  • Cancellation requests are usually applied according to the active subscription cycle and the applicable service or renewal terms.
  • Platform access may remain available until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund eligibility

  • Refunds may be considered only in limited situations such as duplicate payments, incorrect billing, or other confirmed payment errors.
  • Any approved refund is reviewed against the school’s subscription terms, payment records, and the nature of the request.
  • Refund approval depends on whether the service, onboarding work, or subscription period has already been substantially used.

Non-refundable items

  • Implementation, onboarding, setup, migration, training, and similar service fees are generally non-refundable once the agreed work has started.
  • Amounts already used toward completed service periods, delivered support, or agreed implementation work are typically not refundable.

Duplicate or incorrect payments

  • If a duplicate payment or incorrect charge is confirmed, Digi Study reviews the transaction details and applicable payment records.
  • Once verified, the excess or incorrect amount may be processed for reversal or refund using the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing timelines

  • Refund review and approval timelines may vary depending on the request type, payment method, and supporting transaction details provided.
  • After approval, banks, gateways, or payment partners may take additional business days to complete the final credit or reversal.

How to request a cancellation or refund

  • Schools should submit refund or cancellation requests through the official Digi Study contact channel with relevant billing and account details.
  • To help with faster review, requests should include the school name, payment reference, contact information, and a brief explanation of the issue.
